NADA Auricular Acupuncture, is a form of acupuncture utilizing microsystems in the ear that is specifically designed to treat stress, addiction, anxiety/depression, and promote general wellness and relaxation. Treatments will be conducted in a community setting where multiple patients will be receiving treatment at the same time in a large open room with a soothing atmosphere. The combination of community style and auricular acupuncture is an excellent way to provide stress relief and relaxation that is enhanced by the power of group healing.

A few things to consider:  If you will be attending the Qigong Seminar, wear comfortable, and loose-fitted clothing. You might also want to bring a bottle of water since the activities may make you sweat. If you will be attending the whole day, you may want to bring a small snack. There will be breaks in between events, so you will have time to go outside and get something if you wish.
